Implementation of Persistent Identifiers (ARKs) for Digital Collections (In progress)

  • Description: Currently leading the implementation of Persistent Identifiers (ARKs) for our digital collections. This project aims to establish a system for persistent and unique identifiers to ensure long-term accessibility and discoverability of our digital assets.

Digital Preservation System Implementation

  • Role: Project Lead
  • Description: Led the implementation of a Digital Preservation System, specifically Archivematica, to ensure the long-term preservation and integrity of our digital collections. This involved setting up the system, establishing workflows, and managing the transfer of digital assets into the preservation environment.

ContentDM Responsive Site Upgrade

  • Role: Project Lead
  • Description: Working closely with cross-functional teams, I oversaw the planning, coordination, and execution of the upgrade process for the ContentDM site. This involved conducting a comprehensive assessment of the existing system, collaborating with designers and developers to implement branding and domain changes, and conducting thorough testing for optimal functionality across different devices. The upgrade improved usability, visual appeal, and expanded the platform's reach.
